Former police chief accused of stalking ex-girlfriend

The defendant was driving by, saw them, and then proceeded to turn around and hit the back of the boyfriend's car. He also allegedly bit his ex-girlfriend. He is charged with two felonies and a misdemeanor, including a domestic violence charge. If the defendant were to bond out the judge would require him to wear a GPS tracking device and have a no-contact order.
